    01. The Birthday Present. Gerald receives an unexpected belated birthday present from his wife Diana.
    02. The Wedding Ring. The small-time crime writer is distracted when his wife loses something precious.
    03. The Picture. When Gerald and his wife Diana chuck out their chintz an old acquaintance takes the opportunity to take his revenge.
    04. The Pick Up. Gerald is late collecting his wife when he gives a woman a lift home.
    05. The Dog. The author is alarmed to find a four-legged friend in his car.
    06. The Promotion. Gerald and his wife Diana discuss their upcoming appearance on television.


    Series 2
    01. The Banquet. Gerald writes off his car trying to get to a banquet.
    02. The Guests. The author is appalled when some unwelcome guests are invited to dinner.
    03. The Club. The author has money worries, while wife Diana bids to join a club for ladies.
    04. The Tiff. Gerald and Diana are invited to lunch in Brighton, but there's tension in the air.
    05. The Holiday. Writers Gerald C and Diana Potter are planning to take a holiday but can't decide where to go.
    06. The Day. More crises at Chez Potter - Gerald disappears up the local Everest and has his ears chewed off by Diana, there's a rose to fix, miss Clinch is coming round. And where's her book?
    Christmas Special. The Cousin. The author and his wife Diana must prepare for a last minute Christmas visitor.


    Series 3
    01. The Leak. The author gets obsessed with his wife's sense of smell.
    02. The Champagne. Diana's friend is in hospital. But paying a visit proves tricky.
    03. The Escape. Writers Gerald and Diana are feeling jaded and decide they need to take a break.
    04. The Flat. The Potters go on holiday and find their landlady has a guilty secret.
    05. The Fridge. Mrs Potter is tempted by a special offer at the new-look ironmongers. But Gerald worries about retail diversification.
    06. The Clock. The author and his wife Diana hear some bumps in the night. A clock goes missing.


    Series 4
    01. The Present. It's United Potter Day and Gerald finds out that surprises can be double-edged.
    02. The Villa. The great drawback about going abroad is not knowing anybody when you get there.
    03. The Technology. The Potters find that creative fervour and technological advances do not always make happy bedfellows.
    04. The Menagerie. Gerald's wife Diana has been asked to write a children's book and becomes obsessed by small animals.
    05. The Outing. Gerald is surprised at his wife Diana's reaction when he suggests a day trip.
    06. The Vips. With the writer's publisher and his wife due for summer drinks, the sprinkler comes out.
